After much deliberation ,regrettably I ordered this based on the high ratings and reviews. To me this has a very strong projection , like a very polarizing mens cologne . Luckily , the scent does not linger too long , I also dilute it w/ the neutralizer . I am very selective . This smells nothing like an Ocean Breeze . This smells like cheap , obtrusive mens cologne . It is an embarrassment to say the least . I no longer will trust the ratings thats for sure .
