I have written several emails but to no avail: I have received no answer. I remain a customer to this day; except, I do not feel their customer service is very attentive. * number of stars apply to this particular lamp. The rest of their products receive five stars.

I have recently returned from a trip abroad to find a shipment for a lamp I purchased on August 18th, Transaction ID 9EA71094P4278435W, Resonance Paprika Lamp. Thank you.
I purchased another lamp from your company a couple of years ago and I’ve been very happy with it —with the quality, the construction, etc. Sadly, I cannot say the same about this last one. The main problem being that the diffuser cap that sits on top of it does not fit correctly.
I know that they are not supposed to be nut-and-bolt tight, but this one makes a significant rattle. That is, it swivels face back-and-forth, left-and-right, every time I pick it up; one feels that moving the lamp from one table to another the cap is going to fall off (lol)… a dramatization, of course, but it is embarrassing when guests hear that rattle. I have attached a little video to illustrate.
I was wondering if there is another diffuser cap with a tighter fit so that I can trade this one with you. At this point I cannot even show off the lamp like I do with the other one since the fit leaves a lot to be desired and the rattle is quite embarrassing.
Please let me know if you can think of a solution for this…
