How much laundry wash should I use per load?
It only takes 1 fl. oz per 10 lbs of laundry.
Is your laundry wash suitable for sensitive skin (pregnant women, babies)?
It is formulated with a high perfume concentration for lasting fragrance. While dermatologically tested and approved, it’s not advised for very sensitive skin, babies, or expectant mothers.
Is your laundry wash suitable for fragile fabrics (silk, etc.)?
Safe for all machine-washable fabrics, but not recommended for silk or wool. Always check your clothing care labels before washing.
Is your laundry wash tested on animals?
Our products are vegan, not tested on animals, and contain no ingredients of animal origin.

Can your laundry wash be used cold? / Is your laundry wash effective at low temperatures?
It was developed to work in low-temperature cycles making it effective from a cold to eco-warm setting of 86°F and higher. It can also be used for hand washing (see back label).
How long does a bottle last?
Each 1L bottle lasts around 33 washes when you follow the recommended dose.
In which compartment should you pour your wash?
Measure the right amount and add it to the wash compartment. This all-in-one formula cleans, softens, and leaves your clothes beautifully scented.
What should be done if the laundry wash comes into contact with the eyes or swallowed?
If in eyes: Rinse with water for several minutes, remove contact lenses if possible, and consult a doctor if irritation continues.
If swallowed: Seek medical advice or contact your local poison control center. Keep the bottle or label handy.
What fragrances are available in the laundry wash line?
