What are the conditions for exchanges, returns, and refunds?
Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receipt at support@maisonberger.us.
Shipping & Delivery
What are the delivery time-frames?
Your package is prepared within 1-2 business days and we ship via UPS Ground. Our delivery window for standard shipping is 6-8 working days. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email to track your order status.
*Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
What are the delivery costs?
Standard shipping is 6-8 business days. Orders totaling $1 - $39.99 are charged $10 for shipping. For orders $40 - $99.99, shipping is $15.
Any order $100 and more after discounts is eligible for free shipping, which is automatically applied at checkout.
*Please note we do not offer expedited shipping.
How can I modify my order?
Note that once your order has been validated, we cannot modify it. Please contact us at support@maisonberger.us for further assistance.
How can I modify a delivery address?
In your Maison Berger account dashboard, you have an address book in which you can manage different delivery addresses. Note that once your order has been validated, it is no longer possible to change your delivery address.
Do you deliver abroad?
The maison-berger.com website delivers only in the United States. (This excludes Puerto Rico, California, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands, Alaska and other US territories.)
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email when your order is shipped to allow you to track your package via UPS.
You can also find your order status and tracking information in your maison-berger.com account.
What should I do if there is a product missing from my order?
We take special care in preparing your package. However, if a product is missing or damaged in your package, we invite you to contact the customer service which will do its best to meet your satisfaction. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt at support@maisonberger.us
My order was marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it.
