How do I give a gift card?
Simply purchase the gift card of your choice as you would any other product. Please be sure to enter your e-mail at checkout. Once your order is complete, you'll receive a confirmation containing the gift card and redemption instructions, which you can forward to your gift recipient. Please note that we cannot automatically forward gift cards to designated gift recipients at the moment.
Where's my gift card confirmation?
Gift card receipts are e-mailed to the address entered at checkout. If you haven't received your gift card receipt within 30 minutes of completing your order, please check your spam folder for the e-mail.
How do I use a gift card?
If you are the recipient of a gift card, please ask the gifter to forward you their confirmation e-mail. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. Please note e-gift cards cannot be applied to recurring orders.
Do gift cards expire?
E-gift cards expire 5 years after purchase date.
Can I use a coupon to buy a gift card?
Coupons are not applicable to the purchase of gift cards.
Do you have physical gift cards?
Currently, we offer only e-gift cards. However, you may print out your gift card confirmation and present it in person.
