What does this mean for you?
Processing times are extended. Generally orders are processed within 1-3 business days* although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business.
Processing times may also be extended during high volume of orders, holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
IMPORTANT- SHIPPING UPDATES:
Due to unprecedented circumstances beyond our control our delivery window has extended to 8-10 business days. When your order ships you will receive a tracking number. Your tracking status may say "AWAITING UPS PICK UP" or "LABEL CREATED ON (date)" this is due to carriers experiencing high volumes of packages. This may result in delays with tracking scans, status update and delivery.
We ask for your patience at this time and allow UPS at least 3-4 business days to update the status. If the status is not updated within a week. Please feel to contact us for a replacement or refund.
